Calming and soothing
Leaf Type:  Loose leaf herbs and fruit
Taste:  Well balanced aromatic flavour.
Drink:  On its own without milk or sugar. If you want it to be sweeter you could add a small amount of honey.
Brew:  Add boiling water and allow to brew for at least 10 minutes for a perfect infusion
When to Drink:  When it is time to calm down and relax.
